* Installation, Wartung und Betreuung der Server sowie der Arbeitsstationen im Windows-Umfeld
 * Aufbau, Migration und Betreuung der AD- und Exchange-Infrastruktur auf internationaler Ebene
 * Erstellung von Gruppenrichtlinien für die betreuten Systeme
 * Überwachung der laufenden Systeme samt Fehleranalyse und Fehlerbehebung
 * Verantwortlich für Virenschutz- und Datensicherungsmaßnahmen
 * Optimierung der IT-Prozesse und -Systeme
 * Performance-Analyse und -Optimierung
