## About the Role

* You have a degree in computer science or business informatics, comparable training, or relevant practical experience.
 * You have already gained experience in supporting, customizing, or further developing ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise applications.
 * You have a good understanding of business processes and enjoy translating business requirements into technical solutions.
 * You have programming skills, ideally in C#, and are confident in your ability to understand and further develop existing business logic.
 * You are familiar with relational databases and SQL queries and, ideally, have already worked with Microsoft SQL Server.
 * You work in a structured and independent manner and don't lose track of the big picture, even when juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
 * You're a true team player, enjoy pitching in, and see challenges as opportunities to improve things.
 * You take the initiative, are eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy actively further developing our applications and processes.
 * You communicate openly, in a solution-oriented manner, and on an equal footing. Excellent German language skills round out your profile.

## Description

* You will manage our core enterprise applications in the ERP and CRM environments and ensure their smooth operation
 * You will serve as the point of contact for our business units, assist with application-related questions, and provide technical support.
 * You will analyze requirements from the business units, scrutinize existing processes, and work with them to develop suitable solutions for the digital support of our business processes.
 * You will continuously further develop our ERP and CRM systems and independently implement adjustments through customization as well as the expansion of existing business logic.
 * You will analyze and optimize data structures, interfaces, and cross-system processes.
 * You will coordinate with external software partners and service providers, manage their implementation, and oversee new features from the requirements phase through testing to production deployment.
 * You contribute your own ideas and actively help shape how we can use IT to make our business processes even more efficient.
