Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports schriftlich, telefonisch und per Fernwartung in deutscher und englischer Sprache Erfassung von Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem sowie eine adäquate Lösungsfindung Deployments und Bereitstellung von Endgeräten und Mitwirkung bei Projekten sowie die Weiterentwicklung des First- und Second-Level-Supports Aufbau und Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken für standardisierte und komplexe Unterstützungsanfragen Übernahme von technischen Dokumentationen der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sowie Optimierung von internen IT-Geschäftsprozessen
