Betreuung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter als erster Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Belangen Betreuung und Verwaltung der IT-Infrastruktur des Bereichs im laufenden Betrieb, inkl. Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme und Pflege wie z.B. Standard-Hardware-Pool, Konferenztechnik, Datenablagen, SharePoint, On-premise- und Cloud-Hardware sowie Spezial-Hardware wie Embedded-Devices Kontinuierliche strategische Weiterentwicklung und Koordination der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftseinheiten bei der Optimierung, Absicherung und Vereinheitlichung von IT-Infrastrukturen Erstellung und Pflege von zentralen Administrations-Frameworks und Systemdokumentation
