 * Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools, vulnerability scanners, and external APIs.
 * Provide operational support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain ServiceNow SecOps functionalities.
 * Perform application testing, debugging, and validation to ensure reliable platform performance.
 * Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure the continued functionality of customized applications and integrations.
