## Description

Monitoring and management of IT systems as well as providing IT services in office and production departments
Ensuring local IT security, IT governance, and documentation of IT processes, systems, and technical issues
Handover of implemented IT solutions to operational departments and support for internal and external IT partners and specialist departments
Training employees in production and office areas to promote IT competence. Monitoring, control, and execution of routine tests for performance analysis of local IT systems
Analysis of data to optimize internal processes and participation in the implementation of new software solutions
Collaboration with various departments to identify improvement potentials and development as well as maintenance of global WEBASTO standards as a member of the production competence team
