## About the Role

* A degree in a related subject, or equivalent experience.
 * At least 8 years' experience in IT performance, service. management, data or IT operations, including managing suppliers or contract teams.
 * Good at working with stakeholders, planning workloads and talking to senior people.
 * Skilled in data rules, setting measures, data quality and reporting, with some knowledge of IT service data.
 * Desirable: Power BI and Databricks, ITIL, and experience in a large, regulated global company.

## Description

* Plan and manage how IT performance data and reports are used across the business.
 * Look after the Global Service Management data, keeping it accurate, safe and good value.
 * Lead the contract engineers who build the data and reports, and check their work.
 * Set up a clear way for people to ask for reports, with fair priorities and regular updates.
 * Work with the IT service teams to agree what to measure and keep improving.
