## Description

* Steuerung und Begleitung agiler Transitionen in Organisationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management
 * Begleiten neuer und bestehender Entwicklungsteams beim Einführen, Etablieren und Optimieren von Scrum
 * Unterstützung und Coaching von Product Ownern, z.B. bei agilem Produktmanagement und Wertoptimierung
 * Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Beseitigen von Hindernissen, Konflikten und Risiken
 * Ausbildung und Mentoring neuer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und Scrum Master (m/w/d)
 * Präsentation von Vorträgen auf Konferenzen und User Groups
 * Durchführen von Trainings für Kunden
