Demonstrable experience leading an internal IT department or technology function.
Strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, infrastructure and workplace technology.
Proven track record of developing IT strategies, operational frameworks and security controls.
Solid knowledge of cyber security principles, risk management and data governance.
Strong stakeholder engagement, supplier management and project delivery experience.
Commercially aware with the ability to balance business needs and technology investment.
Experience with Azure, endpoint management, device security and identity management solutions.
Understanding of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and ISMS frameworks.
Experience creating and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery programmes.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM or similar are advantageous.
Exposure to technology transformation, automation and AI implementation initiatives.
