## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM TM, OM, and PA.
 * Good understanding of Personnel Administration actions and organizational structures.
 * Experience in Time Management configuration, work schedules, absence/attendance management, and quota processing.
 * Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with Payroll and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
 * Experience in support, implementation, or upgrade projects.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

* Configure and support SAP HCM modules including TM, OM, and PA.
 * Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP HCM solutions.
 * Manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time management processes.
 * Implement and support payroll-related integrations with PA and TM modules.
 * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
 * Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
 * Prepare functional specifications and support documentation.
 * Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
