## About the Role

* Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) implementation and configuration.
 * Strong understanding of financial business processes and SAP Finance functionality.
 * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical functional solutions.
 * Experience with SAP solution design, integration, testing, and implementation.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 * Excellent client-facing communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to develop scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business objectives.
 * Familiarity with F4U integration (as applicable to the project).

Experience:

 * Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring SAP Finance solutions, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
 * Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, assess business processes, and recommend solutions.
 * Proven ability to support solution development and delivery across design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
 * Ability to apply business and industry knowledge to resolve complex functional challenges and meet project goals.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
 * SAP S/4HANA Finance or SAP FI certifications are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

 * Translate business needs into functional designs and system configurations that support financial operations.
 * Lead or contribute to solution design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
 * Integrate SAP Finance solutions with related business processes and technical systems.
 * Provide functional expertise and trusted business advice to clients, ensuring solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value.
 * Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project members to resolve issues and deliver project objectives.
 * Apply industry and SAP best practices to improve financial processes, solution quality, and long-term maintainability.
 * Communicate recommendations, functional designs, and implementation progress clearly to clients and project teams.
