## Description

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützten Sie unser IT-Team bei der Migration unseres bestehenden Intranets auf eine moderne Plattform auf Basis von Microsoft SharePoint Online. Dabei übernehmen Sie unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

 * Sie unterstützen bei der Migration und Strukturierung bestehender Intranet- und Wiki-Inhalte in das neue SharePoint-Online-Intranet
 * Sie stimmen sich mit Fachabteilungen zur inhaltlichen Überführung, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung der Inhalte ab
 * Sie wirken bei der Einführung eines Informations-Chatbots auf Basis von Microsoft-Technologien, der bestehende Wiki-Inhalte im neuen Intranet bereitstellt, mit
 * Sie unterstützen bei der Konzeption des Intranets als zentraler Einstiegspunkt für interne Prozesse und Kommunikation
 * Sie gehen in die Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern über Ländergrenzen hinweg
 * Sie dokumentieren Inhalte, Strukturen und Abstimmungsergebnisse
