 * Delivery governance, sprint/release planning, RAID management and quality gates
 * KPI/SLA tracking, stakeholder reporting and managed-services transition
 * Life & Annuity delivery exposure and onsite-offshore coordination
Roles & Responsibilities

 * Own end-to-end delivery governance, plans, dependencies, risks and release readiness
 * Lead customer-facing status reviews and coordinate offshore delivery teams
 * Track outcomes through KPIs, SLAs, quality gates and governance reporting
 * Drive transition, stabilization and continuous service improvement

 * Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions
