Roles & Responsibilities

 * *Role: Agentforce Solution Architect
 * We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional to design and build AI agents on Agentforce for sales.
 * use case (lead qualification and proactive, data-triggered sales recommendations).
 * *Key responsibilities: *
 * * Design and build Agentforce agents - topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails
 * * Develop supporting automation in Flow and Apex on Sales Cloud
 * * Configure Data Cloud (ingestion, calculated insights, triggers) so agents can act on data proactively
 * * Integrate with other systems via APIs
 * * Test, tune, and deploy agents; support live demos and client workshops
