## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
 * Kenntnisse in SAP und Salesforce sind von Vorteil

## Description

Als CRM Business Consultant (m/w/x) gestalten Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung globaler CRM- und ERP-Prozesse bei ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) aktiv mit und tragen durch internationale Zusammenarbeit, Systemanalysen und Schulungen zur erfolgreichen Digitalisierung und Harmonisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse bei., * Vertretung von ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions (IQS) im Template Board sowie Übernahme der Funktion als Business Process Analyst zur Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung globaler Geschäftsprozesse

 * Planung und Durchführung von CRM- und ERP-Schulungen sowie Sicherstellung des weltweiten CRM-Supports
 * Durchführung von CRM-Assessments in internationalen Vertriebs- und Servicegesellschaften zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
 * Aktive Mitarbeit im Projekt KGP Data Readiness sowie in weiteren bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
 * Evaluierung und Analyse bestehender und neuer CRM-Tools zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft
 * Mitwirkung bei der Integration neu akquirierter Unternehmen in die bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse und Systemlandschaften
