* Hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
 * Stand out with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in manufacturing and process environments
 * Bring experience in data mining, data engineering, and data governance
 * Apply a structured approach to complex problem-solving and concept development
 * Show proven experience in stakeholder and change management as well as project leadership
 * Are a strong team player with high integrity and excellent communication skills
 * Bring experience maintaining cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) to support data pipelines and AI applications, plus knowledge of DevOps practices and IaC tools (including relevant internal frameworks and guidelines)
 * Are proficient in German and have excellent English skills (spoken and written), and work effectively in an intercultural environment with strong lateral leadership skills

 * Consult and advise local production functions and site leadership on AI methodologies and data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics and machine learning
 * Drive projects aligned with the Digital Roadmap, focusing on deploying AI solutions that optimize production processes
 * Collaborate with site teams to leverage synergies across initiatives and enhance overall site performance
 * Ensure alignment with global digital strategies and represent site-specific needs within relevant global networks
 * Provide consulting support for data mining, data engineering, data governance, and implementation of custom AI solutions
 * Develop and execute AI projects and train site personnel to enable adoption of AI applications
