The team focuses on maintenance, asset integrity, engineering, and continuous improvement of technical performance. Working closely with Operations, HSSEQ, IT/OT, Procurement and external partners, the department plays a key role in driving innovation, improving reliability, and enhancing safety standards across the organization. The adoption of advanced technologies is an important enabler in achieving these goals. About the role: Following a strategic focus on innovation and improving operational and maintenance performance, Evos has established the role of Group Advanced Technology & Innovations Program Manager. This is a senior, hands-on role with a high level of ownership, focused on identifying, testing, and implementing advanced technologies to improve safety, asset reliability, and operational efficiency across all terminals. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of technologies such as robotics, drones, and advanced inspection tools (e.g. NDT), translating operational challenges into practical and scalable solutions with tangible impact in the field. Operating across terminals with a strong field presence, you will lead pilot projects end-to-end. From use case definition through to deployment and scaling. Ensuring that successful innovations are embedded into daily operations. Positioned within the Technical Department and reporting to the Group Technical Manager, you will closely collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Operational Excellence, IT/OT, and Procurement.
