Entwicklung und Durchführung von funktionalen Tests und die damit verbundene Überwachung und Verwaltung von Tickets im Ticket-System Technische Analyse und Behebung von Problemen und IT-Störungen Direkter Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Kunden bei IT-technischen Fragestellungen, inkl. Konfiguration sowie Installation von neuer Hard- und Software Eigenständige Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten Administration und Ausbau der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
