Verantwortung für den innerbetrieblichen Transport von IT-Hardware sowie für den Bereich Datensicherung Durchführung von Rollouts und Migrationen, inklusive Mitarbeit an Roll-Out-Projekten Ansprechpartner für die Störungsbehebung im 1st & 2nd Level Support per Telefon und vor Ort sowie die Übernahme der Softwareverteilung in windowsbasierten Infrastrukturen Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Störungen über ein Ticketsystem Verkabelung und Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
