Administration der gesamten virtualisierten IT-Infrastruktur inklusive Betreuung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur Verantwortung für die Citrix-Farm sowie deren stetige Analyse und Optimierung Betreuung der User bei Hard- und Softwarefragen, inkl. Störungsanalyse und -behebung Pflege und Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation Übernahme von Konfigurationen und Installationen neuer Hard- und Software sowie Verwaltung der User-Accounts Erste Ansprechperson in allen IT-Fragen des täglichen Betriebs
