You spot the problem, decide it's worth solving, bring people along, and own it until it runs in production * Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken Nice to have: * Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated environments (PCI DSS, DORA, or similar) * Experience with Terragrunt, Atlantis, or GitOps workflows * Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or similar * Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, the Elastic stack, or Tempo * Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling * Experience building your own AI agents, skills, or automations for engineering teams * Experience being part of an on-call rotation * Spanish ## Description * International expansion: help seQura launch in multiple new markets, with the isolation, compliance, and reliability each one requires * AI-native platform: move from AI that assists us to independent agents that operate across the whole scope of the platform, from infrastructure changes to support and incident response * Keeping up with open source in the AI era: define new strategies to adopt, upgrade, and secure the open source software we depend on, now that it moves faster than ever * Scale without raising our baseline cost: design the strategies that let the business keep growing while our base infrastructure cost stays flat What to expect in the next 90 days Month 1: Learn the terrain You'll join initiatives the team already has in motion, pairing with your teammates and shipping your first changes to production. You'll learn how we work, why we made the decisions we made, and what the rest of engineering expects from us. By the end of the month: you've shipped to production and you know who to ask for what. Month 2: Own your first mission We'll hand you an opportunity the team has already identified, and it's yours: from the technical design to running it in production. You'll keep discovering seQura along the way, and we'll be there whenever you need context. By the end of the month: you've delivered an initiative end-to-end and you have your own opinion on where the platform should go next. Month 3: Shape what comes next With more context, you'll be the one finding the opportunity. You'll talk with other teams to understand their friction, lead a cross-team initiative, and bring your own proposals to the planning of next quarter.
