Telefonische Störungsaufnahme, inklusive technische Qualifizierung und Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung neuer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Mitverantwortung für die Administration der Netzwerkkomponenten, Windows-Servern und Storage Systemen Verantwortung für die technische Einweisung von Kunden sowie Ansprechperson bei IT bezogenen Fragestellungen Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports
