Konzeption maßgeschneiderter technischer Lösungen auf Basis der Microsoft SharePoint Plattform Durchführung von Tests und Dokumentationen sowie der Support von Kundenanfragen und Bearbeitung von Tickets im 2nd and 3rd Level-Bereich Planung und Konzeption von IT-Projekten, inkl. Analyse und Behebung von Fehlermeldungen Unterstützung bei Tätigkeiten im Bereich des Qualitäts- und Projektmanagements Erstellung von Funktionsbeschreibungen und Benutzerhandbüchern, inkl. von User Manuals Wartung der SharePoint Farm sowie Implementierung und Pflege von Automatisierungen
