Preferred Qualifications

## Description

Our organization is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery efforts supporting a major Flight Attendant Contract initiative. This role drives execution across multiple technology workstreams by partnering with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to implement contract-driven system enhancements and process changes. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end delivery within a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives supporting Flight Attendant contractual changes.

 * Translate business requirements into actionable technical workstreams and project plans.
 * Coordinate engineering, product, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
 * Manage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and implementation planning.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and demos.
 * Remove roadblocks and drive teams toward successful delivery.
 * Provide regular status updates and executive-level communications.
 * Support testing, release planning, deployment, and post-launch activities.
