## About the Role

* Essential: Experience in business analysis, requirements analysis, software implementation, systems integration, and cross-functional communication.
 * Essential: Working knowledge of SAP, SQL, database systems, APIs (application programming interfaces), and system troubleshooting.
 * Preferred: Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, microservices, REST (representational state transfer), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), Salesforce, or Pegasystems.
 * Preferred technical breadth: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, IT infrastructure, information security, configuration management, version control, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and Agile methods.
 * A degree in computer science or related experience is helpful; scripting or programming knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or similar languages is a plus.

## Description

* Lead business and requirements analysis; document workflows, functional needs, and acceptance criteria.
 * Collaborate across business, IT, software development, and systems engineering teams to design SAP solutions and enterprise integrations.
 * Support configuration, testing, debugging, deployment, and technical troubleshooting throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
 * Assess data flows, database systems, and extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes; use SQL to validate results.
 * Your impact: By translating clear requirements into dependable integrations, you help business teams complete workflows with accurate, accessible information.
