## About the Role

* Project/Program Management experience leading AI, Generative AI, data, or technology initiatives
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
 * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across cybersecurity, engineering, legal, HR, data science, and business functions
 * Risk, dependency, and issue management expertise

Nice-to-Have Skillsets:

 * PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related project management certifications
 * Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, data privacy, compliance, and security requirements
 * Experience with Responsible AI or Generative AI programs
 * Knowledge of AI risk management frameworks and governance processes
 * Change management and organizational readiness experience
 * Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies

## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a GenAI Project Manager (RAI) in Chicago, IL.

Duties Include:

 * Track end-to-end delivery of Responsible AI and Generative AI initiatives from ideation through production deployment
 * Document project scope, blockers, success metrics, and business value in partnership with stakeholders
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, data scientists, engineers, HR, legal, etc.
 * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependency tracking
 * Ensure AI solutions align with organizational governance, compliance, privacy, and Responsible AI requirements
 * Manage stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and decision-making forums
 * Identify and mitigate project risks related to data quality, security, ethics, and operational readiness
 * Facilitate change management, user adoption, training, and organizational readiness for AI-enabled solutions
