Analyse und Behebung von Störungen in der Kunden IT

 - Installation von PCs, Laptops, Druckern und sonstigen Peripheriegeräten
 - Zusammenarbeit mit der 2nd Level Hotline bei der Lösung komplexerer technischer Probleme
 - Technischer Support während der Inbetriebnahme hauptsächlich via remote
 - Bearbeitung von Tickets im Ticketsystem, * Einloggen (oder kostenlos anmelden)
