## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM - Order Management.
 * Expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
 * Experience with order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, and Order Management configuration.
 * Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM integrations with Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Accounts Receivable.
 * Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, fit-gap analysis, and solution documentation.
 * Proven experience leading functional teams or Oracle Fusion SCM implementation workstreams.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills., * Experience with full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
 * Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration troubleshooting.
 * Experience with data conversion, SIT, UAT, cutover, and production support.
 * Oracle Fusion SCM certifications are a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Order Management Lead to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a strong focus on the Order Management module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management, end-to-end order-to-cash processes, solution design, and team leadership., * Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order Management.

 * Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.
 * Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
 * Configure Order Management rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and business policies.
 * Integrate Order Management with Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
 * Lead functional workshops, solution reviews, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
 * Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reports, and data migration.
 * Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
 * Troubleshoot complex functional issues and support post-go-live stabilization.
