## About the Role

* Epic Ambulatory certification.
 * 5+ years healthcare and EHR experience with Epic Outpatient focus.
 * 5+ years in Epic Bones.
 * 5+ years in SmartText build.
 * 5+ years in Ambulatory.
 * Strong understanding of Ambulatory Bones, Beacon, and Phoenix workflows and clinical operations.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Inpatient experience in addition to Ambulatory.
 * Cadence experience.
 * Clinical background as RN or Physician.

## Description

We are seeking a Software Engineering - Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic Ambulatory, Bones, Beacon, and Phoenix and a proven ability to implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems that support clinical workflows., * Implement, build, maintain, and optimize Epic integration systems for Ambulatory settings.

 * Lead and support hands-on implementations across Ambulatory Beacon, Phoenix, Genomics, and Bones.
 * Design and manage SmartText builds and related Ambulatory configuration.
 * Collaborate with clinical stakeholders including Doctors and RNs to align workflows and IT strategy.
 * Maintain documentation and handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
 * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members, managers, and vendors.
