## Description

* Develop deep understanding of the Bot software development cycle, Tesla's electrical systems, and diagnostic tools
 * Monitor fleet utilization through telemetry data and drive data-informed decisions to optimize performance
 * Triage bot-level issues, build action plans, and drive resolution in collaboration with engineering teams
 * Develop and maintain fleet management processes & tooling (dashboards, ticketing, allocation logic, escalation protocols)
 * Own end-to-end logistics for robot deployments, coordinate transportation of bots, including packaging, crating, insured shipping, customs (if international), and on-site delivery/unloading logistics
 * Understand high/low level technical work done by engineering
