## Description

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Platform Engineer to build, configure, support, and optimize enterprise-scale cloud contact center solutions. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, IVR development, Architect Flows, routing strategies, platform administration, APIs, and cloud integrations., * Design and develop Genesys Cloud CX solutions.

 * Build Architect Flows, IVRs, queues, routing strategies and self-service applications.
 * Configure voice, chat, email, SMS, callback and digital engagement channels.
 * Develop REST API integrations with CRM and enterprise applications.
 * Configure Data Actions, OAuth and webhooks.
 * Support production issues, troubleshooting and platform optimization.
 * Participate in cloud migration initiatives.
 * Collaborate with Architects, DevOps teams and business stakeholders.
 * Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
