## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer - Fiber to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who are interested in telecommunications and fiber network deployment. You will support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities across warehouse and site environments., * Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)

 * Valid German driver's license and willingness to travel for short business trips
 * Ability to work in English or German in a professional environment
 * Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
 * Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and contractors
 * Good analytical thinking and data handling skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Nice to Have

 * Internship or initial experience in telecommunications, fiber networks, or field engineering
 * Familiarity with network equipment installation or testing tools

## Description

* Provide technical support for the installation, integration, and commissioning of fiber communication equipment
 * Assist with equipment assembly, testing, and activation in warehouses and on-site
 * Guide and support subcontractors/field teams during installation and configuration
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and deployment
 * Prepare pre-configuration, data planning, and setup documentation before site deployment
 * Compile and submit commissioning reports and technical documentation
 * Support additional project-related tasks as assigned
