The ideal candidate will have practical experience with SAP S4/HANA, including participation in at least one full-cycle implementation project. This role requires a solid understanding of multiple SAP functional modules and a proven ability to support business process improvements, particularly within retail environments. The candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, translating business needs into effective SAP solutions, and supporting ongoing system enhancements., Support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Public Cloud solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP best practices. Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across functional areas. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SAP ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance. Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of SAP solutions. Participate in cross-functional projects and coordinate with IT, business users, and external vendors as needed. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and business processes.
