## Description

We are seeking an Endpoint Lifecycle Technician to support a large-scale device refresh and asset management initiative within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This position will support the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, including imaging, deployment, maintenance, inventory tracking, and decommissioning. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following structured technical processes while supporting end users., * Image, configure, and deploy Windows-based endpoint devices.

 * Support device refresh and replacement activities.
 * Prepare computers and related equipment for deployment to end users.
 * Track endpoint devices and maintain accurate asset management records.
 * Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and removal of endpoint hardware.
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and Windows-related issues during deployments.
 * Follow established processes and documentation to ensure devices are configured and deployed accurately.
 * Coordinate device collection, replacement, and decommissioning activities.
 * Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling devices and updating asset information.
 * Provide professional customer service and communicate effectively with end users and technical teams.
 * Work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
