## Description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst for a strictly temporary, 3-4 month assignment. This role offers the opportunity to improve Workday reporting, strengthen recruiting processes, and develop practical tools and training materials that help the HR team support employee development., * Review and clean up HR reports, supporting consistent reporting standards and governance.

 * Analyze recruiting processes and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
 * Develop HR support standard operating procedures, training materials, and process documentation.
 * Support Workday updates and enhancements, including potential configuration and workflow design.
 * Assist with preparation for future talent management initiatives, including career development and succession planning.
