## Description

UST is searching for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for AI Programs responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and data-driven transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

 * Program & Portfolio Management Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives across multiple business units.

 * Develop and manage AI program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

 * Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting for AI programs.

 * Drive prioritization and alignment of AI initiatives with enterprise strategy.

 * AI & Technology Delivery Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

 * Oversee implementation of AI/ML models, MLOps platforms, predictive analytics, and GenAI applications.

 * Manage integrations with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

 * Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in production environments.

 * Stakeholder Management Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, clinical operations, member services, and provider organizations.

 * Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level business outcomes.

 * Facilitate steering committee reviews and communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans.
