## About the Role

* 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III).
 * 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead.
 * Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates.

Desired Skills:

 * Integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS or Oracle Health EHR.
 * AI/ML or supply chain optimization solutions.
 * ServiceNow/Nuvolo or Maximo solution design.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
 * One or more of: SAFe APSM, SAFe POPM, SAFe Architect, SAFe Agilist, TOGAF, COBIT.
 * Red Hat Certified Engineer or Specialist in Cloud-Native Applications.

Clearance:

 * Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

Responsibilities:

 * Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment under the VA DevSecOps Release Framework.
 * Enforce release gates, code scanning and deployment packages.
 * Lead integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS and Oracle Health EHR.
 * Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML and emerging technology.
 * Run SAFe events across teams and report solution status in VA tools.
