Roles & Responsibilities

 * Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.
 * Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
 * Perform code enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
 * Create and review technical design documents.
 * Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and offshore/onshore teams.
 * Support application modernization and optimization initiatives
