Bei auftretenden Störungen sind Sie zur Stelle und helfen den Nutzern bei Anwendungsproblemen., * Installation und Konfiguration von vernetzten IT-Systemen

 * Fehlersuche und Fehleranalyse in bestehenden Systemen
 * Monitoring und Überwachung von Servern
 * Beschaffung von Hard- und Software
 * Support von Anwendern bei IT-Problemen
