 * Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C# development.
 * Strong front-end development expertise with HTML5, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, and responsive design.
 * Proven experience implementing UI/UX principles and translating designs into functional applications.
 * Experience with accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, accessibility testing, and remediation.
 * Experience working within an enterprise design system.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
 * Knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and middleware integrations.
 * Experience supporting enterprise production applications and handling sensitive data., * Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, IAAP WAS, or DHS Trusted Tester.
 * Experience in government, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments.
 * Experience with Angular, GitHub, and AWS.

 * Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, Sass, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Material Design.
 * Apply UI/UX best practices, usability principles, and design thinking to create intuitive user experiences.
 * Work within enterprise design systems and contribute to component standardization efforts.
 * Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards using tools such as JAWS and axe.
 * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, middleware integrations, and backend services.
 * Perform SQL Server development and database support activities.
 * Follow secure coding standards and handle sensitive or confidential data appropriately.
