## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support a large-scale HR and payroll transformation program currently in its Hypercare phase. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, configuring payroll solutions, troubleshooting issues, conducting testing activities, and supporting ongoing payroll operations., * Configure, support, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

 * Analyze and document business, HR, and payroll requirements
 * Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
 * Support data replication between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
 * Perform issue triage, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting
 * Utilize SQL and analytical tools to investigate payroll and data-related issues
 * Coordinate with business users, product management, and technical teams
 * Support change management activities and deployment processes
 * Develop and execute system testing plans
 * Assist with ongoing production support and Hypercare activities
 * Mentor team members on SAP Payroll configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
