## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Systemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder Luft- und Raumfahrt
 * Berufserfahrung im Bereich System Engineering, Produktion, Konfektionierung von Kabel & Kabelbäumen, Verdrahtung von Baugruppen und im Umgang mit modernen Mess- und Analysegeräten
 * Beherrschen der elektrischen Verbindungstechniken (Löten, Crimpen, Pressen) nach IPC-A-620 als auch Erfahrung im Bereich Leiterplatten Fertigung (nach IPC 610)
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

## Description

* Steuerung und Überwachung der termingerechten Umsetzung genehmigter Änderungen im Fertigungsumfeld
 * Koordination der Fertigungsunterstützung durch die Entwicklung sowie Sicherstellung der Teilnahme an fertigungsrelevanten Abstimmungen und Meetings
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Konfigurationsmanagement und Production Support Teams, um Änderungen effizient und entsprechend ihrer Priorität zu implementieren
 * Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Klassifizierung von Fertigungsproblemen sowie Vertretung der Entwicklung in Change Review Boards und Change Implementation Boards
 * Durchführung von Statusberichten, regelmäßigen Koordinationsmeetings und Eskalation kritischer Themen an die zuständigen Führungs- und Entscheidungsebenen
