 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Unterstützung von IT- Projekten (Durchführung Hardware-Rollout)
 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs in einer vielseitigen Systemlandschaft in der Bankenbranche
 * Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 1st & 2nd Level Supports remote oder direkt vor Ort
 * Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, Mail oder an unserem Kundentresen
 * Aufbau und Abbau von Hardware-Komponenten
 * Durchführung von Umzügen
 * Pflege der Asset-Daten
 * Weiterleitung von Störungen an nachgelagerte Einheiten
