## About the Role

n- 2+ years of professional experience\n
\n- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience\n
\n- 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience\n
\n- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience\n
\n- 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience\n
\n- Fluent in Cisco/networking and either Linux and/or Microsoft\n
\n- Possess and maintain a current, valid Driver License\n
\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n
\n- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications\n
\n- Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance\n
\n- Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences\n
\n- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n
\n- Can show strong verbal and written communication skills\n
\n- Experience working independently with minimal supervision\n
