## About the Role

* Degree in relevant Engineering discipline with 3+ years' work experience,or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
 * Experience building real-time software systems at scale

 * Demonstrated application of analysis, design, and testing to solve complex engineering problems (e.g., troubleshooting REST APIs or IOT user interfaces)

 * Exceptional ability to communicate across a wide range of cross-functional teams and stakeholders with competence and clarity

 * Familiarity with industrial power systems

 * A passion for sustainable energy

## Description

What You'll Do

 * Identify, scope, and support development of new software systems, processes, tools, and features that improve Tesla's fleet management

 * Drive improvements in the commissioning process for Tesla Energy industrial products: workflows, tooling, and the software that runs them

 * Work closely with software development teams to resolve any issues that arise during implementation

 * Define, collect, and analyze success metrics and report on those metrics to a broad range of stakeholders
