## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Cloud.
 * Proven experience designing enterprise Tableau architecture and BI solutions.
 * Expertise in dashboard development, advanced visualizations, calculations, parameters, sets, LOD expressions, and table calculations.
 * Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and query optimization.
 * Experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse concepts.
 * Knowledge of live connections, extracts, incremental refreshes, and Tableau performance optimization.
 * Experience with Tableau security, permissions, user management, and governance.
 * Familiarity with databases and data platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies.
 * Experience with large datasets and enterprise reporting environments.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Tableau Certified Architect, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, or equivalent certification.
 * Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Knowledge of Tableau REST API, Tabcmd, Tableau Prep, and automation.
 * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated Tableau deployments.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise data governance practices.
 * Experience leading BI architecture initiatives and mentoring development teams.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level business intelligence and data visualization solutions using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau architecture, dashboard development, data modeling, performance optimization, and BI solution design. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting solutions., * Design and implement scalable Tableau architecture and enterprise BI solutions.

 * Lead the development of interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
 * Define Tableau best practices, governance standards, security models, and deployment strategies.
 * Design and optimize data models, data sources, extracts, and live connections for efficient reporting.
 * Perform dashboard performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting of complex Tableau workbooks.
 * Integrate Tableau with databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms, and other enterprise data sources.
 * Implement user access controls, row-level security, permissions, and data governance policies.
 * Manage Tableau Server administration, including user management, site configuration, scheduling, monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting, as applicable.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Establish reusable components, certified data sources, standardized templates, and development guidelines.
 * Support CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployment practices for Tableau assets.
 * Mentor Tableau developers and provide technical leadership across BI projects.
 * Ensure data accuracy, report consistency, scalability, and compliance with enterprise standards.
