## About the Role

* Agile/Scrum leadership, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery execution.
 * Team coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
 * Project planning, resource allocation, risk and dependency management, and status reporting.
 * Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
 * Knowledge of AI tools and their application to Agile practices and project management.
 * Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

 * Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Project Manager leading cross-functional technology teams.
 * Proven ability to manage application development, maintenance, or support projects while balancing scope, cost, schedules, staffing, and business requirements.
 * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and resolving delivery risks and impediments.
 * Familiarity with AI-enabled tools that support Agile delivery and team effectiveness is preferred.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Scrum Master, Agile, or project management certifications (such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP) are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Lead cross-functional teams delivering custom application development, maintenance, and support projects.
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources to meet business requirements and delivery commitments.
 * Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement.
 * Manage product backlogs, sprint execution, project risks, impediments, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate client teams, internal resources, and third-party vendors to support effective collaboration and delivery.
 * Establish stakeholder communication plans, provide project status updates, and escalate issues as needed.
 * Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, timelines, and contractual obligations.
 * Apply AI tools and techniques to improve Agile workflows, team productivity, planning, and project delivery.
