## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational change management expertise combined with hands-on experience supporting SAP transformation initiatives within Finance., * Strong experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) supporting enterprise transformation programs.

 * Demonstrated experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
 * Experience with Finance transformation programs involving SAP.
 * Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and their integration with Finance.
 * Experience in at least one or more of the following areas:
 + Corporate Accounting
 + Revenue Accounting
 + Treasury
 * Strong experience with:
 + Change Impact Assessments
 + Stakeholder Analysis & Management
 + Business Readiness
 + Communications
 + Training / Enablement
 + Adoption & Resistance Management
 * Ability to translate complex SAP/process changes into clear business impacts and user-focused communications.
 * Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to work effectively across business, Finance, IT, SAP functional, and program management teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Previous experience on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation.
 * Experience supporting global or enterprise-wide SAP deployments.
 * Familiarity with SAP Finance processes and integration across Q2C.
 * Experience with structured change methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR is advantageous.
 * Experience working through implementation stages including design, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live adoption.

## Description

* Develop and execute the Change Management strategy and plan for the SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation.
 * Conduct change impact assessments to identify how new SAP processes, roles, systems, and ways of working affect business users.
 * Support change activities across the Q2C / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, particularly where processes interface with Finance and Accounting.
 * Partner with Finance stakeholders across areas such as:
 + Corporate Accounting
 + Revenue Accounting / Revenue Recognition
 + Treasury
 + Accounts Receivable
 + Billing and invoicing
 + Financial close and reporting
 * Perform stakeholder analysis and stakeholder engagement, identifying impacted groups and developing appropriate engagement strategies.
 * Develop and execute change communications for different stakeholder and user groups.
 * Coordinate with SAP functional leads, business process owners, Finance SMEs, training teams, and program leadership.
 * Support business readiness assessments leading up to testing, deployment, cutover, and go-live.
 * Identify potential adoption challenges and resistance and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
 * Support the development and execution of training and enablement plans for impacted Finance and Q2C users.
 * Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, change-impact discussions, and readiness reviews.
 * Track adoption and change-readiness activities and provide updates to program leadership.
 * Help ensure that process, organizational, role, and technology changes are understood and adopted across impacted business teams.
