The ideal candidate has hands-on experience designing distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures, with Kafka playing a key role in system integration and messaging. Experience deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes-based and cloud-native environments is essential, while Angular or full-stack development skills are a plus. Familiarity with test automation practices is beneficial, though experience with a specific framework is not required.
