 * Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js in production environments.
 * Proficiency with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling.
 * Experience building reusable components, design-system patterns, and responsive layouts.
 * Understanding of server-side rendering, static site generation, routing, and performance optimization in Next.js.
 * Experience integrating with REST or GraphQL APIs and working with structured content from CMS platforms.
 * Familiarity with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and cross-browser/device testing.
 * Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar.
 * Working knowledge of testing approaches and tools for front-end applications.
 * Experience with CSS preprocessors, CSS-in-JS, utility-first CSS, or component styling frameworks.
 * AEM experience is a plus, especially working with content authoring, components, templates, or headless CMS integrations.
 * Ability to accurately estimate, plan, and deliver development tasks in a fast-moving environment.
